Toxigenic mold species — particularly Stachybotrys — appear in Shively properties with histories of water damage or chronic moisture. They require full containment, PPE-equipped removal, and HEPA air scrubbing throughout the entire work period. Our Shively black mold protocol starts with confirmed species identification through certified lab analysis — not a visual assumption.
