We were buying a home in Wailea and mold showed up on the inspection report two days before closing. I called Acdc Appliance Repair in a panic. They came out the next morning, knocked it out in 48 hours, and we had the clearance report in time for the lender. Deal closed. I've already recommended them to two friends in Wailea.
I manage commercial properties in Wailea and I've dealt with enough remediation contractors to know the difference. They're the only company I call for Wailea commercial remediation now.
Two years of musty smell in our Wailea basement we kept blaming on old construction. Finally tested it — significant mold behind the drywall. Acdc Appliance Repair removed it, treated the framing, recommended dehumidification, did a 30-day follow-up test. Clean. Two years of guessing solved in one week.
