We were buying a home in Makawao and mold showed up on the inspection report two days before closing. I called Acdc Appliance Repair in a panic. They came out the next morning, knocked it out in 48 hours, and we had the clearance report in time for the lender. Deal closed. I've already recommended them to two friends in Makawao.
I manage commercial properties in Makawao and I've dealt with enough remediation contractors to know the difference. Acdc Appliance Repair knows the protocol — contained the Makawao property, kept adjacent tenants operational, complete insurance documentation at close. They're the only company I call for Makawao commercial remediation now.
Called Acdc Appliance Repair for a Makawao crawl space inspection after heavy rain flooding. They found early-stage mold before it spread, treated it, encapsulated the crawl space, and the follow-up test was clean. Catching it early saved me from a much bigger remediation cost. Should have scheduled an inspection sooner.
