We were buying a home in Cornelius and mold showed up on the inspection report two days before closing. I called Acdc Appliance Repair in a panic. They came out the next morning, knocked it out in 48 hours, and we had the clearance report in time for the lender. Deal closed. I've already recommended them to two friends in Cornelius.
My Cornelius restaurant was flagged for mold during a health inspection. Called Acdc Appliance Repair that morning. Crew on-site by noon, affected prep area contained without shutting down the full kitchen, clean clearance report before my reinspection. Saved us from a week-long closure. They understood exactly what was at stake.
Called Acdc Appliance Repair for a Cornelius crawl space inspection after heavy rain flooding. They found early-stage mold before it spread, treated it, encapsulated the crawl space, and the follow-up test was clean. Catching it early saved me from a much bigger remediation cost. Should have scheduled an inspection sooner.

Signs that warrant a professional Roofing inspection in your Cornelius property: visible dark spotting on walls, ceilings, or floors; persistent musty odor in bathrooms, basements, or after water events; allergy-like symptoms among occupants that improve when leaving the building; past water damage not dried within 24 to 48 hours; relative humidity consistently above 60%. Any of these in your Cornelius home or business warrants a call to +1-877-369-4572. Early inspection is almost always less expensive than delayed remediation.
