Toxigenic mold species — particularly Stachybotrys — appear in Cornelius properties with histories of water damage or chronic moisture. They require full containment, PPE-equipped removal, and HEPA air scrubbing throughout the entire work period. Our Cornelius black mold protocol starts with confirmed species identification through certified lab analysis — not a visual assumption.
After removal, every exposed surface in your Cornelius property receives EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment specific to toxigenic species. The job closes with post-clearance air sampling and a written clearance report.

Two years of musty smell in our Cornelius basement we kept blaming on old construction. Finally tested it — significant mold behind the drywall. Acdc Appliance Repair removed it, treated the framing, recommended dehumidification, did a 30-day follow-up test. Clean. Two years of guessing solved in one week.
