DuBois properties face specific mold challenges driven by the humidity conditions in this part of PA. Our crews understand those conditions, which means faster accurate assessments and remediation that addresses the actual cause — not just the visible symptom.
Every DuBois project starts the same way: a live person answers when you call, certified crew dispatched fast, thorough inspection with documented findings, written estimate you sign before work starts, and a job that closes only when post-clearance air testing confirms success.
We handle every phase of Washer Repair in DuBois in-house. No subcontracting, no referrals, same certified standard from first call to final clearance test.
Every DuBois emergency call gets same-day response as the operational standard. We don't send a technician to "assess and schedule" — our crews arrive with everything needed to begin containment and remediation on the first visit.
HEPA air scrubbers, negative pressure containment, industrial dehumidifiers, antimicrobial supplies — DuBois emergency crews arrive with everything deployed on arrival. We stop the spread before it reaches unaffected areas.
DuBois homeowners finding mold in their home need three things immediately: a complete picture of the scope, a clear binding price, and fast professional action. Acdc Appliance Repair delivers all three — thermal imaging, air sampling, written estimate, and IICRC S520 protocol from the first inspection through final air clearance testing.
After inspection, you receive a complete written itemized estimate for your DuBois project. The process follows IICRC S520 from containment setup through antimicrobial surface treatment and post-clearance air testing.
We've worked in DuBois area restaurants, medical facilities, retail spaces, warehouses, and multi-unit residential buildings. HVAC-distributed mold is assessed on every DuBois commercial inspection as standard.
Large DuBois commercial projects get a dedicated project manager, daily updates, and complete documentation for insurance carriers and regulatory bodies.

Toxigenic mold species — particularly Stachybotrys — appear in DuBois properties with histories of water damage or chronic moisture. They require full containment, PPE-equipped removal, and HEPA air scrubbing throughout the entire work period. Our DuBois black mold protocol starts with confirmed species identification through certified lab analysis — not a visual assumption.
After removal, every exposed surface in your DuBois property receives EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment specific to toxigenic species. The job closes with post-clearance air sampling and a written clearance report.
Remediation removes the active colony. Prevention keeps it from coming back — which in DuBois's seasonal weather environment requires addressing the moisture source directly. Every Acdc Appliance Repair project in DuBois includes moisture source identification and documented prevention recommendations as standard deliverables.
Our optional maintenance program for DuBois customers includes 30-day and 90-day follow-up air quality checks — documenting that the property remains clear after remediation closes.

They came out the next morning, knocked it out in 48 hours, and we had the clearance report in time for the lender. Deal closed. I've already recommended them to two friends in DuBois.

Two years of musty smell in our DuBois basement we kept blaming on old construction. Finally tested it — significant mold behind the drywall. Acdc Appliance Repair removed it, treated the framing, recommended dehumidification, did a 30-day follow-up test. Clean. Two years of guessing solved in one week.
