Toxigenic mold species — particularly Stachybotrys — appear in Amity properties with histories of water damage or chronic moisture. They require full containment, PPE-equipped removal, and HEPA air scrubbing throughout the entire work period. Our Amity black mold protocol starts with confirmed species identification through certified lab analysis — not a visual assumption.
After removal, every exposed surface in your Amity property receives EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment specific to toxigenic species. The job closes with post-clearance air sampling and a written clearance report.
Remediation removes the active colony. Prevention keeps it from coming back — which in Amity's climate requires addressing the moisture source directly. Every Acdc Appliance Repair project in Amity includes moisture source identification and documented prevention recommendations as standard deliverables.
