Toxigenic mold species — particularly Stachybotrys — appear in Rexburg properties with histories of water damage or chronic moisture. They require full containment, PPE-equipped removal, and HEPA air scrubbing throughout the entire work period. Our Rexburg black mold protocol starts with confirmed species identification through certified lab analysis — not a visual assumption.
After removal, every exposed surface in your Rexburg property receives EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment specific to toxigenic species. The job closes with post-clearance air sampling and a written clearance report.
Remediation removes the active colony. Prevention keeps it from coming back — which in Rexburg's humidity conditions requires addressing the moisture source directly. Every Acdc Appliance Repair project in Rexburg includes moisture source identification and documented prevention recommendations as standard deliverables.

We were buying a home in Rexburg and mold showed up on the inspection report two days before closing. I called Acdc Appliance Repair in a panic. They came out the next morning, knocked it out in 48 hours, and we had the clearance report in time for the lender. Deal closed. I've already recommended them to two friends in Rexburg.
I manage commercial properties in Rexburg and I've dealt with enough remediation contractors to know the difference. Acdc Appliance Repair knows the protocol — contained the Rexburg property, kept adjacent tenants operational, complete insurance documentation at close. They're the only company I call for Rexburg commercial remediation now.
Called Acdc Appliance Repair for a Rexburg crawl space inspection after heavy rain flooding. They found early-stage mold before it spread, treated it, encapsulated the crawl space, and the follow-up test was clean. Catching it early saved me from a much bigger remediation cost. Should have scheduled an inspection sooner.
