Sublimity homeowners finding mold in their home need three things immediately: a complete picture of the scope, a clear binding price, and fast professional action. Acdc Appliance Repair delivers all three — thermal imaging, air sampling, written estimate, and IICRC S520 protocol from the first inspection through final air clearance testing.
After inspection, you receive a complete written itemized estimate for your Sublimity project. The process follows IICRC S520 from containment setup through antimicrobial surface treatment and post-clearance air testing.

Attempting DIY removal in Sublimity without containment is one of the most common ways a localized problem becomes a building-wide crisis. Our protocol prevents that.
After removal, every exposed surface in your Sublimity property receives EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment specific to toxigenic species. The job closes with post-clearance air sampling and a written clearance report.
Remediation removes the active colony. Prevention keeps it from coming back — which in Sublimity's climate requires addressing the moisture source directly. Every Acdc Appliance Repair project in Sublimity includes moisture source identification and documented prevention recommendations as standard deliverables.
Our optional maintenance program for Sublimity customers includes 30-day and 90-day follow-up air quality checks — documenting that the property remains clear after remediation closes.

My Sublimity restaurant was flagged for mold during a health inspection. Called Acdc Appliance Repair that morning. Crew on-site by noon, affected prep area contained without shutting down the full kitchen, clean clearance report before my reinspection. Saved us from a week-long closure. They understood exactly what was at stake.
Called Acdc Appliance Repair for a Sublimity crawl space inspection after heavy rain flooding. They found early-stage mold before it spread, treated it, encapsulated the crawl space, and the follow-up test was clean. Catching it early saved me from a much bigger remediation cost. Should have scheduled an inspection sooner.
