We were buying a home in Summit and mold showed up on the inspection report two days before closing. I called Acdc Appliance Repair in a panic. They came out the next morning, knocked it out in 48 hours, and we had the clearance report in time for the lender. Deal closed. I've already recommended them to two friends in Summit.
I manage commercial properties in Summit and I've dealt with enough remediation contractors to know the difference. They're the only company I call for Summit commercial remediation now.
Two years of musty smell in our Summit basement we kept blaming on old construction. Finally tested it — significant mold behind the drywall. Acdc Appliance Repair removed it, treated the framing, recommended dehumidification, did a 30-day follow-up test. Clean. Two years of guessing solved in one week.

Signs that warrant a professional Commercial Refrigeration Repair inspection in your Summit property: visible dark spotting on walls, ceilings, or floors; persistent musty odor in bathrooms, basements, or after water events; allergy-like symptoms among occupants that improve when leaving the building; past water damage not dried within 24 to 48 hours; relative humidity consistently above 60%. Any of these in your Summit home or business warrants a call to +1-877-369-4572. Early inspection is almost always less expensive than delayed remediation.
Standard homeowners insurance in Summit typically covers mold remediation resulting from a covered sudden event — burst pipe, storm damage, appliance failure. Mold from gradual neglect is generally excluded under WA policies. Acdc Appliance Repair provides complete documentation packages structured for Summit insurance carrier submission: inspection reports, certified lab analysis, photo documentation, remediation scope, and clearance reports. We communicate with your Summit adjuster directly when that helps the process.
