Toxigenic mold species — particularly Stachybotrys — appear in Shelley properties with histories of water damage or chronic moisture. They require full containment, PPE-equipped removal, and HEPA air scrubbing throughout the entire work period. Our Shelley black mold protocol starts with confirmed species identification through certified lab analysis — not a visual assumption.
After removal, every exposed surface in your Shelley property receives EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment specific to toxigenic species. The job closes with post-clearance air sampling and a written clearance report.
Remediation removes the active colony. Prevention keeps it from coming back — which in Shelley's humidity conditions requires addressing the moisture source directly. Every Acdc Appliance Repair project in Shelley includes moisture source identification and documented prevention recommendations as standard deliverables.
Our optional maintenance program for Shelley customers includes 30-day and 90-day follow-up air quality checks — documenting that the property remains clear after remediation closes.
